The small Longère

This gîte is equipped to accommodate 6 to 8 people in a particularly charming setting and a style typical of Périgord farmhouses.
With its exposed beams, surrounded by terraces, its plunge pool from which you can admire the sunset while sipping an aperitif, and its garden filled with fruit trees, you can create extraordinary memories for yourself, your family and your friends.

Ground floor: 72 m² living room comprising a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, which opens onto the lounge with its wood-burning stove, and a bedroom with bathroom.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 180 cm (queen size) double bed, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, a bathroom with bath, shower and bidet.

Outside: The small longère is surrounded by terraces where you can enjoy cool shade throughout the day.
One of them allows you to admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in the region over the estate's valley from the swimming pool (4.50 m x 2.50 m).
The charming garden of around 50 acres, full of fruit trees, is perfect for a range of outdoor activities (badminton, football, table tennis, etc.) and... let's not forget the barbecue...
